Buyer understands and agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own or possess such items except where purchasing such items for the benefit of an active member. Buyer also acknowledges and agrees that the purchase of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, Zeta Phi Beta or any other member of the Divine Nine items for any other reason is prohibited. In addition, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that purchasing these item(s) under false pretense authorizes Delta Sigma Theta Sorority; Zeta Phi Beta to immediately (1) remove such items from the internet and social media platforms such as Facebook, twitter, pinterest, instagram, snapchat, ebay, http://amazon.com/ and the like (hereinafter collectively “Third Party”) and (2) repossess such purchased item(s) from Buyer, and from aforementioned Third Party and their mediums on which Buyer attempts to sell them. Buyer also knowingly waives its right under the First Sale Doctrine to subsequently sell, and attempt to sell, any item(s), bearing a Sorority Mark, individually and through a Third Party or by any other means.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Missing item/Wrong item Sent

If an item is missing from your order (pin) you must email us within 3 days of delivery confirmation for item to be sent at no charge. If wrong item sent (mistakes happen), please message us within 72 hours for return label to return item in new condition for exchange.

Defective Item

Defective items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation and a photograph must accompany your request. For some items, a shipping fee may be requested if defect request not made within 72 hours. After an item arrives, if it APPEARS too SMALL, simply reach out to us about an exchange! Please don't stretch or attempt to wear the garment and then report it being defective. Let's be honest Sorors, Friends and Family!

Bulk/Large Quantity (sweatshirt, pins,collars)

Yes! If you would like to place a chapter or large quantity order of our pins, brooches, collars, cardigans or sweatshirts, please contact us directly to arrange the most cost effective shipping method. (Large is more than 15 collars and more than 25 pins)

Custom Items

We can customize CHENILLE orders of 20 or more provided those orders have the same logo or chapter name. Sadly, we don't offer individual embroidered customization at this time.

Shipping

Only For The Initiated can not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please verify your shipping address in the ETSY system. If a shipping address is unverified and we are unable to purchase a shipping label, we will email you with a request for an alternate email address. If no response in 72 hours, we will be forced to cancel your order.
